Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to fill your order, share it only with the club, your seller and the companies that run the service for us, and never sell it. "We" means M & R Sales, Inc., doing business as The Orange Guy.
What we collect and why

Card details are entered on Cresora Commerce's secure payment page. We receive only the card brand, last four digits and a transaction number.
Who sees it
- The club running the fundraiser sees your name, contact details, order and payment status, to deliver your fruit and confirm payments. If you opted in, it may contact you about future fundraisers.
- Your seller sees your name, contact details, address (seller delivery only) and order, to deliver it.
- The Orange Guy staff see orders to supply, deliver and support them.
- Service providers process data only on our instructions: Cresora Commerce (ordering platform and card payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Fly.io (hosting) and Sentry (error monitoring).
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We may disclose it if required by law.
Texts and email
Order texts are sent only if you give your mobile number, and only about your order. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our text message terms.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and secure. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Security
Your name, contact details, address, note and payment reference are encrypted when stored. Access is limited to the people listed above.
How long we keep it
We delete your personal details 24 months after the fundraiser ends, keeping only order totals needed for accounting. The link to your order status stops working 90 days after the fundraiser ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop the club contacting you about future fundraisers, using the details on our Contact us page. We act on deletion requests for every order you placed with that club.
Children
Supporters must be 18 or older, or order with a parent's permission.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new date.
