The Orange Guy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
The Orange Guy ships the whole fundraiser's fruit in one delivery to the club after the fundraiser closes; the club then gets your boxes to you. We do not ship individual orders to homes.
When
Fruit is picked, packed and shipped from California after the club submits its final order, so it arrives some weeks after the fundraiser's end date. The club tells you the expected date. Shipping is included in the box price; there is no separate delivery charge.
How you get your fruit
Each fundraiser uses one of two ways, shown on the order page before you order:

Fresh fruit
Citrus is perishable. Please collect or accept your fruit promptly and keep it cool; boxes should not be left in a car or in the sun. Report damaged fruit as our Refund & Cancellation Policy describes.
Donation boxes
Donation boxes are delivered by the club to a local food bank, not to you.
Where we deliver
Delivery is limited to the area the club serves. If you live outside it, arrange delivery or pickup with your seller before you order.
