Terms & Conditions

Who you are buying from
Your order is a purchase from M & R Sales, Inc., doing business as The Orange Guy ("The Orange Guy", "we"). The Orange Guy is the seller and merchant of record for every order placed on this site. The school, club or group you are supporting (the "club") runs the fundraiser and earns the difference between the box price and The Orange Guy's cost. Cresora Commerce provides the ordering platform and processes card payments for The Orange Guy.
Placing an order
You order through a seller's link or the club's fundraiser page. Your order is credited to the seller and the club shown on the page. Orders are open only between the fundraiser's start and end dates. You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed.
Prices
Box prices are set for each fundraiser and shown before you check out. Prices are in US dollars. No sales tax is charged.
Paying by credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. We do not accept American Express or debit cards. A technology fee of 3% of your order is added when you pay by card; it is shown as its own line before you pay and is not charged on any other payment method. Card payments are processed securely by Cresora Commerce on its hosted payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
Paying the club directly
Where the club accepts them, you may pay by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, check or cash. These payments go directly to the club, not to The Orange Guy, and carry no fee. Your order is placed straight away but shows as unconfirmed until the club verifies your payment. Once it does, you are emailed a payment receipt. An order confirmation is not a payment receipt.
Donation boxes
A food bank donation box is delivered by the club to a local food bank on your behalf. You will not receive the fruit. Donation boxes are credited to your seller like any other box.
Your note of support
If you add a note and choose to show your name, your first name (or a nickname you choose) and your note may appear on the club's public fundraiser page. Leave the box unticked to stay anonymous. We may remove a note that is offensive or abusive.
Cancellations, refunds and delivery
All sales are final. Cancellations, refunds and delivery are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.
Limits on our responsibility
Fresh citrus is a natural product, and size, color and count vary within each box. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
